I can say all the best nothing bad at all, been suffering with my ptsd for over 20 years and in my first session with [name removed] I didn’t believe that she is able to help me , in fact I thought no one can help me . But [name removed] was with me in every step, supporting me and helping me to understand me and not just my ptsd with my biggest trauma but also with my childhood why I am the way I am and to learn to accept me. I can’t say thanks to [name removed] enough, even my family says Massive thanks!!!! She is the BEST !!!!!
After an initial assessment and speaking to a psychologist she said the team won’t help me with my anorexia as it was my coping mechanism in difficult circumstances and without any treatment have discharged me.
So I just left to continuing coping and allowing the anorexia to become worse.
How unwell does someone have to be before any help is given

From the first contact with this organisation I felt that someone was actually listening to what I was trying to say without criticism or judgement.
Empathetic practioner, made me feel at ease from the very first appointment.
Felt comfortable to share my thoughts without fear of judgement
Practitioner always called at the agreed time
Attentive, even via telephone and had a good idea of when to probe me for more information and when to move on and /or revisit the topic
Had a wealth of knowledge, new techniques, theories and PDF resources
Friendly, relatable and professional rather than extremely clinical
Overall, the service is good and has met my needs
I found my sessions really helpful shunaz was really easy to talk to, understanding and really made me feel at ease in our session considering some difficultie conversations were had.
The team were absolutely fantastic! I honestly couldn’t thank them enough for all they have done for me and by making my experience a lot less scary if it was to happen again I would feel totally safe under your support. I had constant worries about medication and jasper and if I had a question that would be answered the same day and I’d be offered visits or phone calls, they really did just reassure me with everything. They were so easy to talk to and if I ever doubted my self they’d be “remember when” or just remind me of times where I could look back and again be reassured. There was no pressure I looked forward to seeing [name removed], [name removed] and Dr [name removed], they were my safe place.
[name removed] was very consistent and i liked the structure of the CBT sessions
i very much liked the consistency of reflecting on the previous sessions and setting home practice for the following sessions
[name removed] made the effort to go further to help me to overcome my vomit phobia, for example she took very gradual steps into completing hierarchy fear ladder.
We always completed the gradual exposure in a chronological order from easy steps towards most difficult steps which i found helped my progress.
the behavioural experiments were really helpful in testing out my view point of situations and evaluating outcome and learning which often my views were incorrect.
Thank you for your help!
My daughter received treatment for her ED at The Brambles, the staff were friendly, understanding and supportive. I feel my child received the care and support needed to support her recovery. Treatment was received by [name removed].
[name removed] has been nothing but professional, kind, understanding & patient (after dealing with me for years).
I’m so grateful to [name removed] for helping me get my life back.
